05/25/05 We finally got to hear the baby's heartbeat ! Oh, what a magical, healthy sound it was.
Hoping to add the actual recording as soon as we can.
06/18/05 Katie had another visit to the OB this week; her blood pressure was a little high, which we will
watch closely because of her previous pregnancy (she had pre-eclampsia), but the baby's heartbeat sounded strong again.
Our 5 month ultrasound is next on June 30th. Can you believe we're almost halfway there?!?! Time flies....
06/30/05 And the baby is.... a boy! I was so busy counting fingers and toes that when they showed us the
sex, it didn't really phase me. Everything looked ok by the ultrasounds, and momma and baby are doing great. Papa,
on the other hand, is becoming a nervous, twitching wreck! Hehehe... our due date is still around November 22nd.
